HOW TO PLACE ORDER?

1) Add all the products in your cart by clicking on Add to Cart for each item.

2) Click on the Cart icon from the top of the page.

3) Confirm all the products all with the quantities.

4) Click on CHECKOUT to proceed forward.

5) Add your address and information required. If you are not sure about the postal code, just enter 00000.

6) Click on continue to shipping method and select the standard shipping.

7) Click on continue to payment method.

8) Click on Complete Order to finish the procedure.

SHIPPING DETAILS

Rs.200 for nationwide delivery in Pakistan.

Delivery within 3 to 8 working days.

For latest collection and pre-bookings, it can take up to 10 to 15 working days.

Cash on Delivery

International Customers are supposed to message with the article name and specifications on the page. The payments need to be made in advance and the customers bear the shipping charges.

ORDER CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your order, you need to inform our customer service before your order has been dispatched. If your orders have been dispatched, no cancellations are entertained since orders are shipped promptly to make sure there are no delays in shipping and you get your order on time. Our shipments leave at 6pm every day, so, for cancellations, ideally the customer is supposed to cancel before the first 6pm that comes after he/she has placed the order. It can be done by sending a message on either given contact numbers(+92320 4811287), facebook or instagram page. Littles Love By Eman has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, etc.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We allow all our clients to exchange their purchased articles, given that they have made the purchase in Pakistan.

Any Article purchased can be exchanged within 3 days

Exchange is possible if the article received is damaged or if there are size issues

Exchange allowed only if the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition, and then you are good to go ahead with the exchange.

Articles purchased on sale or discount cannot be exchanged

Cash refunds are not offered, instead you will be issued a coupon of same value, which you can use to buy now or in future.

After we have received the article, we will dispatch the new piece.
